Randy Hoffman

As General Manager of RS Ness America, Randy brings to this role more than 35 years’ of clinical history and experience establishing and managing medical device companies. Randy holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from the University of the Pacific in Northern California.

Randy is an entrepreneur and a strong business leader with extensive experience across all business functions and operations within the medical device industry.

Prior to joining RS Ness, Randy established CME America in 2007 as an importer/distributor for Caesarea Medical Electronics (Israel) infusion pumps. In 2009, the company became the manufacturer and specification developer for all CME products sold in the US and Canada. The highly successful company was acquired by Becton Dickinson in October 2018.

Prior to CME America, Randy was the President of McKinley Medical, a medical device company. During his 10+ years at McKinley, he created all operational infrastructure for the business, including manufacturing, operations, engineering, and quality management systems.  He led the company’s business expansion into global markets, and was instrumental in establishing an overseas operating unit in Northwest England.

Randy skills include engineering, quality/regulatory, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and sales & marketing development and leadership.  He is a tireless executive committed to team development, goal attainment, and customer satisfaction.
